Putting AI to work with confidence
To explore the real-world value of Microsoft 365 Copilot, KEO partnered with Storyals on a Copilot proof-of-value initiative, launched in early 2025 with support from Microsoft. The goal was clear: move beyond the hype and show employees how AI could make a substantial difference in their daily work.
Storyals combined the right tools with the right learning experience, and Microsoft 365 Copilot was rolled out to an initial group of users, supported by a structured adoption plan delivered through the Learn365 learning platform. A combination of on-demand courses, live webinars - including sessions on gaining new business insights with Microsoft 365 Copilot - and continuous learning support helped employees build confidence at their own pace, with skills directly connected to their everyday work.
Storyals’ training is designed to be practical, accessible, and relevant, enabling business users to turn learning into action and apply new skills straight away.

The initiative gave KEO’s teams a hands-on understanding of where Copilot delivers the greatest value, from summarizing information and drafting content to surfacing insights faster. Employees reported increased confidence in using AI tools - saving time on routine tasks, fostering stronger collaboration, and laying the foundation for a broader, organization-wide rollout. As a next step, KEO is continuing this momentum through the Storyals Copilot Frontier Program, with a focus on working with AI agents - enabling teams to move beyond individual productivity and start orchestrating more advanced, AI-driven ways of working.
