Overview

The responsibility of the Training Program Manager is to ensure that all Storyals training programs are consistent, effective and delivered with high quality to all customers, no matter where in the world they are. The goal is for customers to have a world-class, unified Storyals experience.

As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Training Program Manager will collaborate extensively with Ulrika Hedlund (CEO) and report directly to Adrian Leufvén (COO). The Training Program Manager does not have direct reports or P&L responsibility but works directly with our Customer Success Managers and Productivity Coaches in different countries to deliver our training programs to customers.

 

Location: Hybrid (Stockholm, Sweden + remote)
Language: English (fluent; primary working language) and Swedish
Work hours: Full time with flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensure successful delivery of all training programs to all customers.
  • Define and maintain global standards, templates, and training artifacts for a unified Storyals training program delivery.
  • Define KPIs and monitor delivery. Proactively address obstacles to ensure smooth, high-quality experiences everywhere including adjustments of scheduling and staffing.
  • Share best practices, support onboarding, and champion continuous quality across all programs.
  • Be a part of- and actively contribute to Storyals Leadership Team and support Storyals growth and future strategy.

 

To succeed in this role, we believe you have

  • 5+ years in project management and service delivery, ideally in multi-country contexts.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Copilot scenarios.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish; proven ability to work flexibly across time zones.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; calm under pressure; excellent writing, communication, and coordination skills.
