Learn to work with Agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot

The project team behind one of our initiatives at Storyals is truly international - Natalie is from Chile, Yuhang from China, Carl from the Philippines, and Ulrika from Sweden. While English is our shared business language, it can sometimes create barriers to communication. To address this, we use the "Interpreter" agent in our meetings, enabling everyone to follow and contribute in their preferred language. At first, it felt a bit like science fiction. Today, it’s simply how we work with agents at Storyals. This is the kind of shift we want more people to experience - and it's exactly why we've created our new course: "Work together with agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot".

Over the past year, I’ve had many conversations with leaders who are still asking the same question: “Is AI really giving us the business benefits claimed - or is it mostly hype?” If I’m honest, there are moments when I feel like climbing onto the nearest rooftop and shouting: This is real. Get on the train! There is absolutely no question in my mind that the technology we now have access to - especially AI agents - will fundamentally change information technology as we know it.
